RICHARD FISCHER was born in 1951 in Manila, the Philippines, and studied photography in Mannheim and Munich. He has run his own photography studio since&,nbsp,1978, currently in the South of France. His flower photography has brought him numerous exhibitions and prizes, and his prints are highly esteemed in the photographic art market.
