THIS IS THE ROLLING STONES: ON TOUR.
Over the course of more than 60 years, The Rolling Stones have redefined the rock-and-roll concert time and time again. From the humble clubs and music halls of the 1963 British Tour to the vast stadiums of 2024's Hackney Diamonds Tour, more people have seen the Stones perform than any band - ever.
Fully authorised and produced in official partnership with the band, The Rolling Stones: On Tour is the definitive celebration of their incomparable career on the road. Chapter by chapter, tour by tour, it follows the Stones across the globe, detailing their evolution from aspiring blues musicians to the biggest live act the world has ever seen. A visual feast for Stones fans, On Tour is illustrated with hundreds of rarely seen photographs, artworks and ephemera from The Rolling Stones archives: including tour posters, ticket stubs, backstage passes, concert fliers and much, much more.
Featuring an exclusive foreword from The Rolling Stones and text from author Paul Sexton (Charlie's Good Tonight: The Authorised Biography of Charlie Watts), which weaves in first-hand accounts, contemporary reviews and original interviews with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts, this is the ultimate book for Stones fans the world over.
